GEORDIEGERRY Newbie Talbot Poster Joined: 13 Feb 2006 Posts: 8				Posted: Mon Feb 13, 2006 8:41 pm    Post subject: GEORDIE - GERRY ( Deal or No Deal's Lowest Ever Dealer)     Anyone who watches Deal or No Deal will know me as GEORDIE but my real name is Gerry. As there was another Gerry already playing on the show they asked me if I had a knickname and as I was in Bristol which is the home of the only person who ever called me Geordie - I opted for Geordie. My game was a little bit disappointing - not because I won £20 - no complaints about that - but because ( as you may know if you read THE SUN) I was conned into playing after 32 hours without sleep following a suspected heart attack and an overnight stay in Bristol Royal Infirmary. Loads of people are upset that I spoke out about my experiences but I can live with that. I didnt speak out for the money or because I was p is se d off at winning just £20. I wanted to ensure that I never had to read in the paper that a middle aged contestant died outside their studio because they didnt have emergency procedures in place to deal with a contestant going down. I wish that I had won a few quid more so that all the folk who say I only spoke up because I didnt win much could believe me that when I say that you tend to want to speak out when you think you have had a heart attack and you have to beg to see a medic.
